| SharmerPC
provides all of its customers free telephone support for all of the
products on both warranty and maintenance. When software updates,
bug fixes, and in-depth software support are required, a separate
contract is available as an additional service to existing or new
hardware contracts. The contract is registered with the source of
the software to ensure that the most up-to-date versions are available
on a "budged" SharmerPC CD. OS patch updates are also available
on CD. |
