Ad-Hoc Repair Where equipment is not under cover but is required to be repaired, SharmerPC offer a chargeable return-to-base repair service. Whilst we cannot guarantee a time to repair, we will offer a fixed price once the unit is evaluated, and give an indication of the expected time scales. Typically this will be within 30 days where the parts are available.
